About Us
Awk Properties Ltd. is a manufacturing Company that endoles in the production of toothpick. Its brand name is PickerPlus Toothpicks. We are into the production of different types of toothpick sticks i.e. high profile and low profile ones.
Our major raw material is bamboo. We access it from its natural inhabitats and also from our own farm. We have 2 bamboo farms which covers about 76 hectares and 101 hectares respectively at different locations.
The company is a multi-facial company. We have over 100 workers working with us now. We employed people from all works of life and from every part of Nigeria. We have graduates, undergraduates, artisans and skilled workers working with us. The local indigenes are not left out of the equation.
Our Vision
Our vision is to stop the importation of toothpicks in Nigeria. It is disgraceful that in this 21st century, Nigeria is still importing toothpicks. This is something that its basic raw material is bamboo that we have all over Nigeria and we have a wonderful soil for its cultivation.
